Kuto was born into a life of aversion. His parents were always telling him that he was different, that he didn’t fit in with the rest of the family. They treated him like an outsider, and he grew up feeling isolated and alone.

When Kuto was old enough, he left home and went to American Samoa. He wanted to start fresh, to find a place where he belonged. But even in Samoa, Kuto felt like an outsider. The man didn’t seem to be doing anything suspicious, but then again appearances can be deceiving. After tailing him for awhile without incident, Kato began to relax slightly and let his guard down just enough to lose track of where the man went when he turned into an alleyway…

Once upon a time there was an island in the middle of the Pacific Ocean called American Samoa. On this island lived a man named Kuto. Kuto was not a happy man. He was always filled with dejection and despair. The only thing that made him feel better was his indy fedora hat.
