Kuto’s life no. 573
Sadness seems to follow Kuto wherever he goes. His life in Guinea is filled with sorrow and loss. Even his hair color is off black, as if it can't decide whether to be like the rest of his body or not. And his face is always shaved, as if he's trying to hide something. Perhaps it's the sadness that he can't shake.
Kuto was born into a poor family in a small village in Guinea. He never knew his father and his mother died when he was just a child. He was raised by his grandparents, but they were both old and couldn't do much for him. As a result, Kuto had to fend for himself from an early age.
He did whatever he could to survive. He begged for food, stole what he couldn't beg for, and even resorted to begging people passing through the village for money or goods that could be traded for food or shelter. It wasn't an easy life, but Kuto managed to get by day after day until one fateful day when everything changed forevermore than six hundred words long
