Kuto

Kuto’s life no. 521

The Kuto's life was filled with revulsion. He had seen things that no man should see, and done things that no man should do. But he couldn't help it. It was all part of his job.

Kuto was a mercenary, and he had been hired by the Papuan government to eliminate a rebel group that was causing trouble in the country. He had been given free rein to do whatever it took to get the job done, and he had not hesitated to use any means necessary.

He had killed men, women, and children without mercy or remorse. He didn't care about anyone or anything except for getting paid for his work. That was all that mattered to him.

But now, as he looked at the dead body of the rebel leader lying at his feet, he felt something different inside him. Something stirred within him that he hadn't felt in a long time: humanity.
