Kuto’s life no. 371
Kuto awoke with a start. He was in a strange place, and it took him a moment to remember where he was. He was in Egypt, on an archaeological expedition. His team had been investigating some ancient ruins when they had suddenly come under attack by mysterious creatures. Kuto had been separated from the others in the confusion and now found himself alone in this dark place.
He shone his flashlight around, trying to get his bearings. He appeared to be in some kind of tunnel or cave. There were strange symbols carved into the walls and he could hear odd noises coming from further down the passage. He knew he should try to find his way back to the surface, but something about this place made him feel uneasy.
He began walking cautiously down the tunnel, shining his light ahead of him as he went. Suddenly, something moved in the shadows and Kuto froze in terror. Whatever it was, it was big...and coming closer!
