It wasn’t long before Kuto’s reputation as a fearsome fighter began to spread. People spoke in hushed tones about the big man with the ape-like strength who could take down any opponent with ease.Soon enough, people began hiring Kuto to settle disputes or protect them from others – for a price, of course. The bird was unlike any other he had ever seen in his life. Its feathers were a deep terracotta color, and it had a thick lumberjack beard that framed its face perfectly. Kuto could see its bright blue eyes watching him intently as he approached cautiously.
